Butler stands behinds its products and offers a number of ways to contact us if you come across a problem with your Butler, Mr. Clean, Dawn or Charmin product. Butler products have a 5 year warranty from date of purchase and Mr. Clean, Dawn and Charmin brands have lifetime warranties. (Remember, replaceable heads are not covered by any warranties.)
